Our Story
We started iTeam Consulting Group after consulting with hundreds of founders, executives, managers and entrepreneurs in companies of all sizes and in many industries.
What we learned is amazing. We discovered many companies focus on hiring and training top talent at the highest levels of the company or organization. Plus, invest in leadership training.
Yet, while these top individuals were able to do a good job, the organization often fell short in achieving their highest goals or did so much later than expected.
The reason for these failures is due to poor teamwork or at the very least, individuals performing at a lower level than what they are capable to achieve. When added together, a team of individuals each performing at below peak level, often encounters lower-than-desirable results.
As a result, we focused our attention on developing a turn-key, scalable solution that could provide immediate benefits among organizations that encourage or mandate their employees to enroll and complete the program. Our patented program helps leaders shift focus from leadership to teamwork. And it encourages leaders to communicate the core values of the organization to everyone on their team. Executive Team
iTeam Consulting Group was founded by two business mavericks, each with over 20 years of experience in motivating teams to achieve peak performance.
Antoinette Bond is the CEO of iTeam Consulting and the Chief Operations Officer for Walter Bond Worldwide and the Bond Group.
As CEO, Antoinette oversees the company’s daily operations and marketing, including developing its brand strategy. She also helps to execute the delivery of iTeam’s patented “Team Training” program.
Antoinette is a graduate of Howard University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Public Relations & Image Management.
Walter Bond is the co-founder of iTeam Consulting Group. He’s a Hall-of-Fame motivational speaker specializing in peak performance. Prior to his speaking career, Walter was an NBA player with the Dallas Mavericks, Utah Jazz and Detroit Pistons and played for the University of Minnesota.
Walter has helped tens of thousands of executives, managers, entrepreneurs and other workers improve their teamwork skills.
